CSS Engineering Services is a company specializing in the fabrication of Tanks, Silos, Ducting’s, Chimneys and general Structural Steel that we accommodate in our Boiler shop.
In addition we are manufacturing lifting plugs for UCAR and their clients, classified as lifting equipment, and 60tons SWL lifting beams for Steinmuller.
CSS Engineering Services started operating in 2006 in Meyerton in the Vaal triangle rendering its services to leading companies such as the ALSTOM’S.
We are a full spectrum Engineering Company that specializes in the material handling sector, form Rom to final product. Products include: Grizzlies, feeders, chutes, screens, conveyors, crushers, mils, stackers and more. We also supply a full range of screening media panels, instrumentation, valves, pumps and Able motors.
We have a full range of in-house machining equipment in the form of lathes, milling machines, slotting machines and more. We also have a boiler shop for the fabrication of screens, structures, chutes, conveyor structures and more, with bending press, plate rollers, cropper, hydraulic press and more.
We have several field service crews that can perform onsite maintenance work from Run of mine materiel to final product. We are also ISO 3834 Part 2 certified.
